Facilitators

The Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg’s education programs are conceptualized by experienced international trainers. Train the Trainer courses  as well as cooperation in many different teams encourages methodological and thematic innovation of a high qualitative standard.

Mentors are responsible for assisting the voluntary projects. They offer advice, pass on their own experiences, and encourage participants to reflect on the work they do in their projects. They qualify for this work on training courses.

Becoming a Facilitator: The Movie "ZwischenWelten"

The movie "ZwischenWelten"  accompanies Maxim Stepanow on his way to being a facilitator staring with his first voluntary project. Today he spreads his knowledge and experience in project work as trainer and mentor.
