We offer
This Program is for active young people from the Perm Region. Fundamental targets of the Program are the development of democratic thinking skills in the milieu of young people, cultivation of social competences of active citizens among young people and training in basic skills on project management.
In the course of year, up to 60 young people from the Perm Region take part in the Program over a 10-month period. They participate in indroduction seminars, devoted to one of many up-to-date topics, which move the Russian society, they also get advanced knowledge in project management, they realize own projects and evaluate results at the final seminar. After that, Alumni can take part in the instruction program for trainers and get skills of how to lead the seminar.
Who can apply
In the year of 2011 the Program takes place bilingual (German and Russian). You can apply, if you are from Germany or from the Perm Region and you are at the age from 18 to 25.

About the Program
The Program has been realizing since 2006. The target is to promote civic Engagement of young people and to build a regional network.

- Ministry of Culture, Youth Policy, and Mass Communications of the Perm Region to website
The fellows` voluntary projects they made within the Programm are supported by the regional economy in Perm.
