Dissemination and Cooperation

Sharing in order to transform is our motto. The Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg is driven by people making a contribution to society and working for the good of others. Anyone who shares in this way, however, receives something in return: new inspiration and new opportunities.

Cooperation

We implement our programs and develop our materials with partners who are familiar with the target group and the local conditions. Our partners include organizations, state actors, as well as NGOs or individual activists. We contribute a qualification concept to the partnership, but are also open and responsive to distinct local situations, accommodations, and necessary changes. In this way, we achieve our program goals in the best way possible: by supporting those individuals who want to achieve social innovation through their own actions.

Networks

We work in international networks and take part in expert exchange. As a funding program, it is especially important to us that resources from internal and external supporters are multiplied by being invested in specific individuals and activities rather than in abstract structures.

In addition, we believe in the potential of non-formal and informal, practical learning for Active Citizenship Education. For this reason, we seek to contribute to the qualitative development of and support for this important field of adult education.

Materials for Experts and Other Involved Individuals

With our publications, we make experiences from our line of work available to socially engaged individuals and experts and develop together with partners new. The larger publications are published by MitOst and can be found on our website under   Materials.
