Joint Civic Education’s flagship started in Bakuriani (Georgia) from July 21 to 29 with an introduction seminar for about thirty young professionals from civil society organizations from the five participating countries Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia and Turkey. The focus of thequalification curriculum is organizational development and conflict management. During a multi-day simulation game, the participants proved their competencies in these fields. The afterwards matching of internships served to initiate institutional cooperation in the Caucasus region. The participants either host a fellow colleague from another country in the own organization or go as a guest abroad. More information here.
